As a Specialist Neuroscience at Nestlé Research, your mission is to lead and contribute to research on the impact of nutrition in infant and child neurodevelopment through the concept, execution, and delivery of scientific projects for clinical substantiation You'll make a difference by collaborating closely with internal teams, external academic partners, laboratories, clinical research organizations, healthcare professionals and regulatory stakeholders. How you'll make an impact as a Specialist Neurodevelopment
- Leading research projects that advance understanding of nutrition's role in infant and child neurodevelopment.
- Designing and delivering clinical studies that generate credible scientific evidence and meaningful developmental insights.
- Building productive collaborations with scientific partners to identify opportunities, close knowledge gaps, and strengthen project outcomes.
- Interpreting clinically relevant cognitive, motor, language, behavioural, social-emotional, and brain development outcomes.
- Communicating complex scientific findings through clear presentations, reports, publications, and business-facing materials.
What will make you successful
- Bringing a PhD and postdoctoral experience in nutrition for neuroscience, neurodevelopment, cognitive neuroscience, psychology, or a related biomedical discipline.
- Applying knowledge of early-life research, developmental assessments, and paediatric cognitive, social-emotional, behavioural, or brain development outcomes.
- Using clinical research skills to shape protocols, coordinate study delivery, interpret evidence, and connect scientific insights to innovation opportunities.
- Collaborating across interdisciplinary teams and external partners while influencing decisions through scientific credibility and evidence-based reasoning.
- Communicating fluently in English.
- Bringing collaboration, fresh thinking, bold questions, respect, and a positive, wellbeing-oriented mindset.
