Responsibilities
Dentagest experience
- Manage patient appointments and schedules
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about our services
- Prepare and manage patient records
- Coordinate with the medical team to ensure smooth operations
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing and insurance claims
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical field with DENTAGEST software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in office software, including MS Office and patient management systems
- Fluency in French and English
