Your tasks

Creating the conditions for active social participation
Care and support of residents in their everyday activities
Accompanying the residents in their individual daily routines during living and leisure time
Recognizing the individual needs of the residents
Working and coordinating with other caregivers and maintaining contact with relatives and legal representatives
Keeping of electronic resident documentation

Your profile

Completed training as a care specialist (Fachfrau/mann Betreuung EFZ), social worker (Sozial pädagoge/pädagogin HF) or equivalent training
High level of social competence, self-competence and ability to reflect
High level of motivation, sense of responsibility and openness to new ideas
