Global Clinical Label Management
Global Investigational Product Supply (PTDS) is a global department, responsible for the supply of investigational medicinal products (IMPs) for clinical trials (phase I to phase IV). PTDS is responsible for the planning, packaging and labeling of IMPs. The Clinical Label Management Associate is responsible for the whole label creation process and the Clinical Master Data Associate is responsible for the creation and change (GMP) of material- and production master data as well as global master data objects.
Key responsibilities Label Management
Maintenance the SAP phrase database with standard texts according to given procedures
Designs and creates labels (booklet inside pages, booklet front page and single panel labels) in SAP GLM according to current SOPs
Coordinates the approval of labels by the Local Label Representatives in a timely manner
Orders and coordinates the printing of booklets by the vendor
Responsible for the delivery check of booklets
Support of the implementation of the Labeling Roadmap
Key responsibilities Master Data Management
Main contact for the creation and change (GMP) of material- and production master data (material master, bill of materials, production versions, etc.)
Collects required information for the deployment of the master data
Coordinates approval of master data and interacts with the local master data maintainer and quality
Contributes actively to improve processes and standards Who you are
Flexible person to work in 2 different teams within PTDS depending on the amount of work
Successfully completed a commercial diploma (e.g. commercial apprenticeship or commercial college) or an equivalent qualification (e.g. technical apprenticeship)
Strong organizational skills (e.g. good time management, work local & act global)
Proactive, open-minded, team player with dedication and passion
Good communication skills in order to manage the relationship with many teams
Good written and oral English and German language skills
Experience of SAP systems, Word and Excel
